Lilah has been a professional massage therapist in Santa Cruz for over 25 years. She is a Klose Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and is licensed with the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC #: 63540).

Lilah has extensive training and hands on experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Oncology Massage, Phenomenal Touch, Orthopedic Massage, Myofascial Release and many other bodywork modalities.

In every massage, Lilah’s extensive training, experience and sensitivity is combined with her clients’ own knowledge of their bodies to create a massage that is customized for each individual.

Lilah receives referrals from local oncologists, surgeons and Dominican Hospital Lymphedema Rehabilitation Services, because of her specialty working with lymphedema, post surgical recovery and the oncology community. Because her bodywork complements other health care modalities, Lilah also works collaboratively to treat clients referred by local osteopaths, chiropractors, acupuncturists and physical therapists.

Lilah’s clients consistently report significant improvements, including decreased pain, reduced swelling and inflammation, improved sleep, balanced immune response, improved digestion, improved functional movement patterns, and ability to engage in activity with greater ease.

Long, slow, seamless movements that address the body as a whole are the heart of Lilah’s signature style. Clients are cradled into positions that support the muscles’ natural ability to relax. 60 Minute Focused Massage, $150

A 60 minute focused massage will address targeted areas of stagnation, discomfort and pain. This is not typically a full body massage.

90 Minute Integrative Massage, $195

A 90 minute Integrative massage is typically a full body massage that will also address targeted areas of stagnation, discomfort and pain. This is a thoroughly relaxing and restorative session.
